Spencer Schar is an entrepreneur and seasoned executive dedicated to redefining excellence in club management. With a finance degree from Elon University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida, Spencer has built a diverse professional career.

As President of The Club at Bella Collina, Spencer leads one of Central Florida’s premier golf and country club communities. Bella Collina spans 1,900 scenic acres, blending rolling hills, sparkling lakes, and Tuscan-inspired architecture. Under his leadership, the 75,000-square-foot clubhouse, designed like an Italian village, supports a world-class golf course, spa, fitness, trails, and upscale dining.

As a board member of the LEAD (Lake Economic Area Development) Partnership and the small business association Lake 100, Spencer was committed to advancing economic development in the county by providing guidance, leadership and advice. In the hospitality and real estate sectors, he has held major responsibilities including overseeing operations for JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa and serving as a strategic advisor for DCS Real Estate Investments.

Spencer is passionate about architecture, design, traveling, and the natural world, gravitating toward experiences that spark creativity and a sense of exploration. He finds balance in activities that allow him to unwind and stay connected to the outdoors, often spending time on the water kayaking or fishing, enjoying the quiet focus of a round of golf, or settling in with a good book. These interests reflect his appreciation for thoughtful craftsmanship, meaningful experiences, and the simple enjoyment of being present in his surroundings.
