This is the blog of Spencer Schar, who recently relocated to Denver, Colorado, from Florida. In his free time, Spencer loves to hike with his dog in Boulder’s Open Space and Mountain Parks, particularly on the trails of the nearby Flatirons. He also has a passion for architecture and design and is enjoying discovering his new home state’s architectural standards.
To relax, Spencer enjoys kayaking, fishing, playing golf, and watching movies, YouTube documentaries, and commentaries. He is an avid reader, and his favorite books include those of Steven Pinker as well as The Sense of Style by Peter Zeihan, Blink by Malcolm Gladwell, The End of the World Is Just the Beginning by William Strauss and Neil Howe, and Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman.
